All circuits build upon each other - they start off with ease and increase in difficulty as you go.
There are modifications available & shown on screen - feel free to play around with different weights.
This workout can be done at home or in the gym.
Always remember: this is not about pace (not your classic HIIT!), but about giving every rep your full attention ❤️🔥.
Equipment: 1-2 KBs or DBs (I use 8kg & 12kg; different weights are optional), a shoe (optional!)

06:24 primary circuit | 45s on, 15s off | 2 rounds
12:42 secondary circuit | 45s on, 15s off | 2 rounds

24:38 FINISHER | 30s on, 10s off | 3 rounds
26:54 decompression | 50s on, 15s off | 1 round

Yes!!! Did this for my first day coming off my deload week after a 10 week program. Loved it! I used a 15lb dumbbell and found that was perfect.

Hi, Julia! I haven't done the previous weighted mobility routine that you've mentioned in the description box, but I surely loved this one! Controlled movements, allowing to focus on the form and feel a bigger range of movement! My favourite was the kneeling windmils! Also thanks for incorporating some warmup moves, because I am usually too lazy to do a proper unguided warmup first =)) I used 2x 7kg DB, although when doing squats with inward hip rotation I was using bodyweight only-that was a new move for me!

Its so good to add a little weight (I used a 6kg) to mobility sometimes I think, it acts as a guide for balance for me I find: so less cheating and avoiding proper form 😆Also it adds variety especially in weeks like this one when my various joints are playing up and I am restricted in what I can do vs normal. I really enjoyed moving like this today, its changed my mood for the better :) Danke schon!
Have you / would you, consider doing a Short of an explanation of the occluded forearm exercise from the warm up? Like explaining correct form, but also what its for? I have only ever seen it on your channel and I guess it warms up the forearm, but would love to know more.

Hi Julia, was a great workout thank you! Am wondering if there are any technique/ form tips for the kneeling > ext rotation? Not too sure what I’m supposed to do with this movement here or what it’s stretching. Thanks so much!
Good question! It‘s a hip rotation exercise so try to press your knee out, then extend the hip (push knee out in front) - that should give you a nice quad stretch as well 😇
